Lyndon Strategies serves as the Aviation Consultant of Record for the Binera, Inc. Team on the Risk Assessments and Cost Benefit Analysis project led by the Port Authority of New York New Jersey (PANYNJ).
Scope Includes:
- Aviation Expertise
- Site Security Assessments Of Port Authority Airports And Additional Infrastructure
- Development Of Proposed Risk Mitigation Strategies
- Evaluation Of Mitigation Strategy Performance
Role Responsibilities Include:
- Providing aviation domain expertise to assist risk analysts in conducting facility and procedural assessments for all airports and additional infrastructure within the PANYNJ portfolio, including:
- John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)
- LaGuardia Airport (LGA)
- Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)
- New York Stewart International Airport (SWF)
- Teterboro Airport (TEB)
- Reviewing and commenting on risk results, supporting analyses, and documentation
- Attending facility assessments covering the full airport footprint, with a focus on critical assets and systems previously identified by facility representatives
- Developing an understanding of the operational criticality of identified assets and systems to inform consequence analysis
- Addressing additional data requirements as needed
- Supporting the development of comprehensive scenario sets for each facility
