Lyndon Strategies serves as the aviation consultant of record for the Luis Vidal + Woods Bagot Joint Venture team on the John F. Kennedy International Airport New Terminal One (JFK NTO) Phase B project led by the New Terminal One (NTO).
Scope Includes:
- Operational Red-Flag Analysis – Our team provided regulatory oversight, review, analysis, and evaluation of all design aspects of the NTO. This included compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), and local airport statutes, covering design phases such as the Basis of Design (BOD), Conceptual Design Documents (CDD) CID, and Design Narrative.
- Supported the development of the Concept of Operations (ConOps).
- Developed and authored the JFK NTO Maintenance and Access Strategy.
- Developed and authored the Loading Dock Strategy.
